My Dedication

Letter to My Dearest Speedy-B

To my dearest Speedy-B,

There is something I have repeated to you many times, because it is the main thing I want to make sure you always remember —even if I am not here to say it in person.

You are the one thing in my life that can never be lost, stolen, or badly damaged. It’s normal to experience a little damage along the way, because that’s part of growing up, but you are so precious and irreplaceable to me. Nothing and no one could ever take your place, because you are My Most Precious Everything. You are the one thing in my life that is impossible to replace. I can lose everything in my life, except for you.

You have brought so much value to me and my life. You saved me kid. For a long time, you were the only ray of sunshine as I was trapped in the darkest period of my life. You gave me the strength to keep moving forward when I felt I couldn’t, and for that, I am endlessly grateful to you. Of everything in my life, you are what I cherish most. You helped ground me, kept me on a schedule, and brought stability into my world. I’m very thankful that you were born an old man, just like your straight-edged father. You were the adult, who made the better/ healthier choices, when I couldn’t be and I hope you know and never forget how much that means to me.

One thing you should know is that your mommy is very smart, but I also have an intense and addictive personality. You are smart like me, but I hope you don’t repeat my mistakes by doing reckless things, even if you think you’re clever about it. Please don’t let anger control you as it sometimes does me; my anger towards my father led me to make many poor decisions and left me with a temper, that just like you, I can lose very, very quickly. Be kind to others, one act of kindness or one act of meanness can have the power to completely change someone’s life, be the thing the positively affects someone, instead of something that could negatively affect or destroy someone.

I love you kid, remember the world can be a better, happier and safer place if we believe we can make it one. My mommy loved and believed in me so much that I honestly thought I had the power to save the entire planet and everyone on it. I believed that I could become the 1st female president, and I know it sounds crazy, but I still think that there is still a very small probability that I am capable of both.

I love you kid; you are and always will be my most valuable everything.

XOXO

Your Mommy

My Introduction

A Parent’s Fears and Hopes

One of my biggest fears has always been dying young, as my father did, before my child turned seven. Now, as you approach your sixth birthday, the same age I was when my father passed away, I feel that fear acutely. Not long ago, I had a health scare where half my face became paralyzed, and though the doctors ran all sorts of tests, they couldn’t find a cause. Thankfully, my face has mostly recovered, but that experience reminded me just how quickly life can change. I don’t want to waste my time and not do what I always said I would: write a book for you, so that if anything happens to me, you will have something to remind you of me. I always wished I had something like that from my father—a way of understanding his mind, his likes, and the ways in which I am like him.

My father died when I was six, and he was only 39 years old. Now that I am 42, the thing that saddens me most is that I have no memory of him. That is why I have always wanted to leave something behind for you. For years, I dreamed of leaving you a book, but with the technology we have now, I want this to be more than just words. This book will include virtual aspects, too—so you can see and hear me, if possible.

From My Childhood

I was born in 1983, and when my father died, it wasn’t common practice to send a child to therapy to help them process death. As a teenager, I finally began to understand what it meant for my father to be gone, and I became angry—angry at him for dying, for leaving me, and for the fact that I couldn’t remember anything about him. That anger led me to act out, and I made a lot of bad choices.

If I die before you are old enough to remember me, please know that I would never leave you willingly. Death is a part of life, and we don’t get to choose when it comes. I’m sorry if I can’t be there to watch you grow up, but please don’t be angry with me for being gone. I believe we will see each other again in the next life, and if it’s possible for me to watch over you, I promise you that I will.

Acting Out and Turning to Writing – Believing in a Destiny

In response to the pain I couldn’t pinpoint, I began acting out, gravitating toward the wrong crowd, smoking weed, and lashing out in any way I could. It was around this time that a friend suggested I try journaling as an outlet for my feelings. Taking her advice, I started keeping a journal and filling its pages with doodles and stories. My writing often focused on myself as a hero—someone who would one day be the face that saved the human race. I didn’t have a clear idea how a little white girl, like myself, could accomplish something so monumental, but I kept documenting my imagined rise to becoming a superhero.

Over time, as I repeatedly wrote and revisited the same narrative, I started to believe it myself. I became convinced that I was destined—almost by fate—to save the world and spent more than 15 years searching for a way someone without any superpowers could actually do that. In 2015, I even thought I’d figured it out, so much so that I launched a Limited Liability Company called Golden Child Party Service Haftungsbeschränkte UG. That venture turned out to be my biggest failure, resulting in significant financial losses, but it also brought valuable lessons and unforgettable experiences.

When I found myself single at thirty-nine, that belief remained strong, and I thought perhaps my moment had finally come. I was quite naive about life and what it meant to be single in a post-Wi-Fi world. Having not been single for over two decades, re-entering the dating scene was a true culture shock. I often joked that the last time I was single, the Twin Towers still stood in New York, Germany used the Deutsche Mark, and we accessed the internet through dial-up, long before Wi-Fi reached our area.

I’ve always believed I was meant to be a famous writer, though my real passion lies in writing about myself and the bizarre things that happen in my life. Becoming single felt like the perfect opportunity; I was inexperienced and curious about both myself and the broader world of sexuality. My initial aim was to write a book exploring my journey of sexual discovery—a story I hoped would be light-hearted and humorous. However, things took a darker turn, eventually forcing me to confront much heavier issues like PTSD. At this stage, I was forced to rethink if my actions were really being guided by destiny rather than by the reality of using this belief as a coping strategy rooted in the pain of my father dying when I was so young.

It wasn’t until I grappled with the trauma from losing my rape case that I realized my „God-given destiny“ might simply be a coping strategy for untreated grief following my father’s death when I was six years old, rather than an actual divine call.

Origins of the Plan: A Coping Mechanism or Destiny?

Prior to my realization my belief in some kind of God given destiny might be a coping mechanism from unresolved PTSD, I clung to this idea, hope, that I had a greater purpose. Driven by this conviction, I developed a plan—one filled with ideas for how I, or we as a society, could create a better world for future generations. I saw this plan as a way to leave a positive legacy for our grandchildren—a world they could thrive in.

However, I realized that for any of these ideas to gain traction or make a real difference, I would first need to establish a public profile. Central to my vision was the ambition of becoming the first female President of the United States. I believed that as president, I would have the power to enact decisions that could restore my pride in America—something I felt was missing in recent years.

After a soldier refused to help me in my rape case, which I lost, I questioned my American pride and would constantly ask myself the question, what am I really so proud of, what about America makes be proud to be an American? After years of reflection and asking myself this question, I still struggle with any kind of answer as to what exactly makes me proud to be American, or even why I continued to hold onto that pride. The lack of clear answers is still disheartening.

My thought was that by becoming president, I could help shape the country’s future in ways that would make me genuinely proud to call myself an American again.

And even though I no longer believe that I have some kind of God given destiny to save the human race by becoming the 1st female president of the US, this desire is oddly intensified by my frustration with the current state of politics. Every time I watched the news, it seems like every decision made by our current leader, Trump is only to serve his own interests and those of his wealthy elite friends; while damaging the environment and harming the people, he claims to be trying to help. And even though I don’t really want to be famous or president, because I hate the burdens that come with having a really famous face, deep inside me I  wish I was, so I could use my influence for things that would benefit everyone, not just a select few, and to help restore my faith in what America could and should stand for; something that would make me proud to say that yes, I am an American.

I consider myself to have a unique and intense personality, and I honestly never thought this goal was impossible—challenging, yes, but not out of reach. I still held onto the hope that maybe, just maybe, this was my destiny, something I believed was meant for me. My logic was simple: if it’s truly my destiny, then that’s what will happen, because that’s how destiny works. Whether I choose one path or another, or even just remain in place, jumping around, it wouldn’t matter. As long as I did something rather than nothing at all, my destiny would unfold.

Phase One: Achieving Fame to Save the Human Race

I considered my plan to be quite straightforward and simple, but its success hinged on achieving success in the vital first phase: Become famous in some kind of way.

In the initial phase, I recognized that in order to make a significant impact, I needed to be recognizable, I needed to have a very famous face. How I gained fame was less important than the fact of achieving it.

One thing I have learned about myself over the last three years of being single is that I am an extreme personality, it doesn’t matter what I do, I am the extreme version of how you would imagine anyone doing anything. Example: I have created so many videos and photos that I could post a new one for every hour, of every day, for more than a two-year timeframe—without ever needing to repeat or edit any content.

My approach was methodical: My original thought was if I posted something—anything—on social media at the same time every day, for a minimum timeframe of 120 days straight, that consistency would eventually work with the algorithms to build a very large audience.

My plan was to post a minimum of one new video every four hours to multiple platforms, every day, for at least 120 days. I created so much content that, technically, I could share an original video or photo every 20 minutes for over a year and a half without repeating or remixing anything. Despite this, I never followed through with such frequent posting. I have tried to delete most of the content but suspect that many videos still remain visible somewhere online.

Creative Social Media Strategies

I brainstormed and filmed a few unique content ideas, including a series inspired by „Germany’s Next Top Model.“ After shaving my head in an attempt to look unattractive, I was surprised, and a bit disappointed, to find that my new appearance was extremely flattering, thanks to my weight loss and the shape of my perfectly formed head, I looked amazing. A daycare worker one day joked that I looked like a contestant on the show, which inspired me to create a mini-series of videos where I danced in the hallway, of my apartment, wearing my daily outfits—without dressing up specifically for the camera, just recording before changing clothes for the day. My version I dubbed Germany’s Next Hallway Model, because I found it funny.

Another project was „Lessons Your TV Nanny Failed to Teach You,“ where I shared thoughts on topics such as the power of a genuine apology and strategies for managing difficult personalities. I even came up with one called “Don’t cook like Kim”. I am not good at cooking or in the kitchen and I frequently mess up a meal so badly that it’s no longer eatable and I thought it would be fun to film myself messing up meals and giving very bad advice on how to cook.

Barriers and Realizations

Ultimately, I struggled to follow through with my plan to become famous because living with PTSD proved to be a formidable challenge, and neglecting to seek professional help led to a mental state where even basic daily tasks became overwhelming. Additionally, I found myself afraid of success; fame was never something I truly wanted, and the idea still makes me uncomfortable.

Fortunately, I realized that gaining fame isn’t essential for my plans or ideas to have an impact and help create a better world for my grandchildren. I don’t have to be the one who fixes everything; perhaps I can inspire others—whether it’s many people or just someone with influence—to help bring my ideas to life.

To clarify, I do not aspire to become a globally renowned celebrity or hold the office of president. However, I am confident in my capabilities and believe I could perform exceptionally well in such a role. My motivation would be rooted in genuine compassion, with the sole aim of creating a better world for future generations.

I am smart, very smart. Meaning that I am also smart enough to know what some of the repercussions could be if I am wrong about my God-Given destiny being a PTSD coping mechanism. And I know that if I don’t at least try to accomplish this goal, in some kind of way, my soul will hate me when I die and will never allow me to rest-in-peace or worse: I could be punished in the next life, for not trying in this life. Either way, I will hate me if I don’t leave something behind for my child, who is now almost 6, as a kind of Plan B, for that just in case I die before he is old enough to remember me, by hitting publish on this book.

So, without further udo let’s get started with my plan on how My Face could, theoretically, Save the Human Race.

My Motto: “I don’t care if you like, comment, or share” … If you do great, but technically dies ist nur für einen Herr, My Speedy-B as a way to always remember me.

My American Pride

… and how I lost it

I am a US American, who has been living and working in Germany since 2001. I have always been a proud American, but after I found out that it was a US soldier who refused to help me in my rape case, which I lost, and not some dumb ass civilian, it forced me to question and ultimately burry My National Pride. Finding out the man who I blamed for me losing my rape case was a soldier, shattered me, I couldn’t understand how a soldier could refuse to help me, especially since that only had meant talking to me and telling me what happened the night, I met him and his Niederländischer friend.  I was so heartbroken that it turned out to be a US Soldier who refused to help me, that it forced me to ask myself the question… Why am I so proud of being an American? What am I so proud of? What is there to even be proud of anymore?

I was genuinely puzzled by my strong sense of American pride, especially since I couldn’t pinpoint a single reason for it—especially now, that Trump has taken office. Looking back, I realize this feeling mostly came from what I’d been taught: standing every day for the Pledge of Allegiance at school and singing songs like “I am Proud to be an American.” Wanting a deeper answer than simply “that’s what I was taught,” I set out one night through the inner-city streets of Wiesbaden. I asked every American I encountered whether they were proud to be an American, and, if so, why.

The only answer anyone could really give me was that they were proud that they had the right to own a gun. My answer to that was I am proud to NOT have the right to own a weapon. Because if I had the right to go to Walmart and buy military grade guns and explosives, I would have bought enough to take out the entire Taunusstrasse from the Kurpark down to my business partner’s old apartment, because that is where that soldier lived. If I had had access to a gun, I probably would have ruined my life and the lives of a countless number of others, because I had so much hate in my heart for that man, that I would have done something stupid, if I had access to something like a gun.

Aside from the gun laws—which I personally find problematic and believe should be revised—no one I’ve asked was able to provide me with a satisfactory answer to the question: Are you proud to be an American, and if so, why? I haven’t posed this question since President Trump took office, but I’m curious: if you’re an American, what would your response be? Are you proud to be an American, and if so, why? If not, what changes or improvements would make you feel proud to be an American again? What steps would you take to enhance America or contribute to its betterment?

Reflections from Abroad

Living outside the continental United States for over twenty years has given me a unique perspective, because I know the best and the worst of two very different worlds. If you ask me, I say that I am so thankful to not have to live in US and to be allowed to raise my child in Germany. I never want to live in the US again, I am honestly scared to death of the crime and the gun laws and just the thought of it has brought me a sense of sadness for the American people, that reminds me of Squid Games. A bunch of starving armed people, with two or three jobs, who still can’t afford proper health care or any kind of retirement.

I hate to admit it, but I am no longer proud to be an American, because I no longer know what there is to be proud of and now that Trump took office and it seems all of his choices are about him and his billionaire friends making as much money as they can, I am actually kind of ashamed to be an American living in Germany. If I had the power to make “America Great Again” I would do everything in my power to do exactly that, make America great again and a nation whose behavior and policies are such that there is something to be proud of.

It is disheartening to see that, when it comes to choosing a president, the nation often lacks candidates who genuinely possess heart and prioritize the well-being of the American people and the future. As a mother of a five-year-old child, my deepest wish is for him to have a bright and happy future. Unfortunately, I struggle to see that future coming to fruition, as it seems that no one with true compassion and a vision for our planet’s future has been willing to step up and advocate for the generations to come.

Innovative Ideas for a Better Future: Inspiring Change Beyond Convention

While I may not be a famous figure capable of saving humanity on my own, I hope that by sharing my thoughts and ideas, I can inspire someone in a position of influence to consider and perhaps implement some of my suggestions. If the right person were to take on even a few of these ideas, there is potential for real change—change that could benefit everyone if only more people were aware of and willing to act on these possibilities.

Some proposals in this book may seem unconventional and unlikely to be adopted, as they could cost industries billions. Nevertheless, their potential to benefit billions of people and help protect our planet makes them worth considering, even if the likelihood of implementation is small.

Before I outline what, I would do as President to improve our collective future, I want to share my four favorite ideas for saving the planet. These ideas are not tied to holding any office or political position; they are simply what I believe could make a big difference, regardless of who is in charge.

My All-Time Favorite Way to Save Our Planet

Reversible Vasectomies

One of the most impactful ideas I have for saving our planet centers on the widespread adoption of reversible vasectomies for the entire male population. Consider this: every year, approximately 49% of all children born are considered unwanted, that doesn’t include the births lost or aborted. If we could address this single factor—eliminating unwanted births—imagine the transformative effect on society and the planet. The core concept here is reversibility; when a man and woman are ready and make a conscious decision to have a child, the man would visit his doctor to have the vasectomy reversed.

While I acknowledge that it is unlikely the male population would widely accept this idea, it could become a standard procedure for juvenile boys, potentially at the same time as circumcision, provided it is medically safe. Of course, this would mainly be a decision for women to support and promote, since it concerns future family planning. As I am not a medical professional, my suggestion is based on the assumption that reversible vasectomies can be safely performed on juvenile boys.

Let us imagine, for the sake of argument, that reversible vasectomies become a safe and routine procedure performed alongside circumcision in young boys. In theory, we could reduce the planet’s population by approximately 49% or more within a single generation. Such a change would also eliminate the need for abortion services and a wide range of contraceptives like birth control pills, intrauterine devices, and hormone shots. As a result, hospitals and doctors would lose a significant amount of business from these services.

Taking this concept further, if the entire world adopted reversible vasectomies, we could apply the approach used during the COVID-19 pandemic—such as widespread testing—to address sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). By making STD testing routine in conjunction with reversible vasectomies, we could potentially eradicate many diseases associated with sexual activity. This would also impact industries like condom manufacturing, which would decline if such a system became globally accepted.

I fully recognize that this idea is not something that could be implemented overnight, or even within the next hundred years. However, I believe it is worth discussing. From personal experience, having sex with a partner who had a vasectomy produced no noticeable difference, except that there was no risk of pregnancy.

At present, reversible vasectomies are available only to males aged 18 and over. If you are a man in this age group with no immediate plans to have children, I strongly encourage you to consider a reversible vasectomy. Neither you nor your partner will notice any difference in sexual experience, and it is far less expensive than raising an unwanted child.

A too Simple to Believe way to Save our Planet

All You have to do is Believe we can and we will

Believe in your belief, whatever that may be, whatever is true to you, whatever you believe in your heart to be true, believe in it with all your heart, and it will be your reality. Your heart has a magnetic field that is roughly 100 times stronger than the brain, and its electrical field is 60 times greater in amplitude. You have the power to affect matter and all the living things and creatures in and around you and your environment.

This video explains this idea the best, please watch it, it takes less than 5 minutes and is titled Masaru Emoto – Water Experiments.

Sometimes, the simplest solutions are the hardest to believe, and one of the easiest ways to save the planet might just be to believe that we can. If we truly have faith that the future will be safe, full of resources, and bright, then we will naturally make choices that align with that vision. Unfortunately, many of us no longer believe in a positive future for our planet. The lack of belief in a better tomorrow leads us to actions that reinforce our doubts, turning our world into the unsafe and resource-scarce place we fear.

The Power of Manifestation

This idea connects closely with the power of manifestation—the concept that if we focus on and believe in a certain outcome, we are more likely to take the necessary actions to achieve it. Over time, these actions help bring that vision into reality. If we collectively believe in a bright and happy future for our planet and its people, we are more likely to create that future. Our beliefs shape our actions, and those actions shape our world.

Consider what happened during the coronavirus pandemic with the toilet paper shortages. The shortages were not caused by an actual lack of supply, but by people believing there would be shortages. This belief drove behavior that ultimately created scarcity. This is like what is happening with our resources now: when we think resources are running out, people start hoarding and misusing them, which in turn causes shortages. To change our future, we need to change our beliefs about what is possible.

The problem is that not many believe that the future is going to be a friendlier, safer place, filled with resources for our grandchildren to grow up in. So not many are doing a lot to ensure what that is what it becomes and if we are not careful it will become that decollate, dry, wasteland many of us imagine it will be.

Collective Consciousness

Have you ever heard of a concept called collective consciousness? Collective consciousness is the shared set of beliefs, ideas, attitudes, and knowledge that exists within a group or society. It reflects the way that individuals, through their interactions and common experiences, develop a unified way of understanding the world. This phenomenon means that our thoughts and actions are influenced not just by our own minds, but also by the collective mindset of the communities we are part of.

The idea of collective consciousness plays a significant role in shaping cultural norms, societal values, and the general direction of communities—even entire nations. When enough people believe in a certain outcome or vision, their combined focus and actions can help bring that vision into reality. For example, if a society collectively believes in environmental stewardship, its members are more likely to adopt behaviors and make choices that protect and preserve the planet.

We must Believe it Together

This concept connects closely with the power of belief and manifestation discussed earlier. When we trust that our positive beliefs can influence our reality, we may act in ways that align with those beliefs, ultimately creating a better future for ourselves and others. In essence, collective consciousness emphasizes the power and responsibility we all share in shaping the world around us through our shared perspectives and intentions.

So please, just do one very simple thing, believe, believe with all your heart that the world is going to be a safer, happier place, filled with lots of resources, so we do the right things to make it that way, one day, so our grandkids have a nice place to play.

A Serious and Very Real Threat!

The Mining of Dark Oxygen for Battery Use

Understanding Dark Oxygen

To grasp the concept of Dark Oxygen and its implications, watch the below linked video, which provides an explanation of what Dark Oxygen is. Begin viewing at minute 7 to get the most relevant information, the quickest.

Deep Sea Mining and Polymetallic Nodules

Deep sea mining companies extract small, coal-sized nuggets from the ocean floor known as polymetallic nodules. These nodules are highly valued in the electronics industry due to their content of precious metals such as cobalt, manganese, and nickel. The video further reveals that a team of researchers has discovered these nodules are also a source of oxygen produced at very low depths in the ocean.

Ecological Risks and Lack of Awareness

The situation is alarming because there is little public discussion about it, and, to the best of current knowledge, no research teams or government funding are allocated to investigate these findings. If these nuggets are indeed producing oxygen and are mined continuously for electronic purposes, there is a risk that both the planet’s and the ocean’s oxygen levels could diminish significantly unless mining practices are controlled.

Call to Action

Anyone who reads this and has ideas for raising awareness about this issue is urged to take action. These nuggets may be a critical component of the deep ocean ecosystem and mining them could be harming the ocean. If the ocean suffers as a result, the entire planet could be at risk. We need to find alternative battery solutions and better recycling programs for the ones we currently have.

Another serious threat: PFAS

The Widespread Threat of Forever Chemicals

I watched this video and it scared me to learn about the biggest chemical cover up in history and how PFAS have polluted the entire global water system. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=’SC2eSujzrUY&list=WL&index=1&t=2s‚

The Chemical Cover-Up

The revelation about PFAS, or per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, has exposed what is considered the biggest chemical cover-up in history. PFAS contamination has reached alarming levels, polluting the entire global water system. These chemicals, often referred to as „forever chemicals“ because of their persistent nature, have now been found within the entire U.S. population. This discovery is deeply unsettling, as it highlights both the scale and secrecy surrounding PFAS pollution.

Sources and Persistence of PFAS

PFAS are synthetic chemicals that have been widely used in industrial and consumer products due to their resistance to heat, water, and oil. Everyday items such as non-stick cookware, waterproof clothing, firefighting foams, and food packaging commonly contain PFAS. Their chemical structure prevents them from breaking down easily, leading to their accumulation in water sources, soil, and living organisms, including humans.

Extent and Impact of Contamination

Recent research has revealed the extensive reach of PFAS contamination. These chemicals have been detected not only in isolated environments but also in the tap water and blood of individuals across the United States. The health risks associated with PFAS exposure are substantial, with studies linking them to cancer, thyroid disorders, weakened immune systems, developmental problems in children, and other chronic health issues. Despite these risks, regulatory action has lagged, and many manufacturers hid the dangers for years, fueling the ongoing crisis.

Urgency for Action and Awareness The consequences of PFAS pollution are far-reaching, threatening ecosystems, wildlife, and human well-being. Addressing this threat demands urgent intervention from governments, industries, and local communities to regulate PFAS usage, clean up contaminated sites, and prioritize the development of safer alternatives. Raising public awareness is essential, as many people remain in the dark about the risks of PFAS or how to minimize exposure. The PFAS crisis serves as a stark reminder of the need for transparency, robust scientific research, and strong environmental protections to safeguard public health for current and future generations.

The 1st Female President – President Kim

Presidential Qualifications and Reflections on the 2024 Election

My Personal Background and Eligibility

Can I start out by asking you—are you qualified to be U.S. President? Because I was born in 1983. I am currently a 42-year-old single mom of a beautiful 5-year-old boy. I am a U.S. American, born and raised in Mesa, Arizona until the age of 17. After that, I moved to Aurora, Colorado for just under a year, and on my 18th birthday, I boarded a plane to Germany, where I have lived ever since.

Some of My Questions About the 2024 Election

Something I did not understand about the 2024 elections is why, if I am qualified to be U.S. President—and nearly everyone I know whose an U.S. American stationed overseas in Germany is also qualified— why was our candidate selection was so terrible and limited. Why didn’t we have a better choice of candidates, and why did so many people drop out? I don’t get why so many candidates would drop out, but maybe one day someone could explain it to me?

Here are the Constitutional Requirements for U.S. President

Are you also qualified to be US President and how many Americans do you know who are also eligible to hold this government position?

To become President of the United States, an individual must meet three specific constitutional qualifications:

1.         Be a natural-born citizen

2.         Be at least 35 years old

3.         Have been a resident of the United States for at least 14 years

These qualifications are outlined in Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution according to Congress.gov.

Reflections on the 2024 Election Process

I believe that Trump won because the U.S. elections are mainly a popularity contest, and the person with the most cheerleaders is most likely to win in a system where the majority vote does not guarantee a candidate the win.

We all know it’s true that if someone like Oprah Winfrey or Mr. Beast were to run for the position of U.S. President, they have a high probability of winning because everyone loves Oprah, and Mr. Beast is the number one YouTuber. Just admit it, you know I’m right. For the sake of argument, let’s just pretend I’m right. You would vote Yes to Oprah or Mr. Beast.

Why I Believe I Would Make a Good U.S. President

Most Important: I have lots of Compassion and I am very Forward-Thinking
A Big Heart
My decisions as President would always be guided by a deep sense of care and responsibility for future generations, especially my grandchildren. Whenever faced with choices, I would ask myself what the better choice would be so that the world is a better place tomorrow than it was yesterday.
Integrity Over Wealth
Unlike multi-millionaires or international business owners who might have hidden agendas to profit from their time in office, I am an average working middle-upper class citizen. I do not value luxury brands, fancy cars, or mansions—and because of that, I cannot be influenced or bought out. My priorities are rooted in a high moral standing for a better future, not personal gain.
Honesty and Moral Leadership
Honesty is one of my defining traits, sometimes to a fault. I always strive to take the moral high ground, and I am unconcerned if that means powerful billionaires or bigots lose money. My focus is on ensuring people can afford healthcare, are not hungry, and are protected from harmful substances. The well-being of the public comes before the interests of the wealthy and powerful.
Reliability and Commitment
I am someone who follows through on promises—I do what I say I will do and always keep my word. My reliability and determination ensure that I get the job done, no matter what challenges arise.
Natural Leadership
Leadership is in my nature; it is a trait that runs deep in my family. While I may not always seek out leadership roles, I am compelled to step up when I see ineffective leadership or believe I can make a positive difference. I have never applied for management or supervisory positions—rather, I have consistently been chosen for them, often without competition. Those around me have always recognized my abilities and trusted me with leadership responsibilities. I am confident that I would excel in the role of President and perform far better than some past leaders.

 My TV Presidency

Leading with the People: A Visionary Reality TV Presidency

This is how I could transform U.S. Governance through openness and collaboration. I want you topicture this: After catapulting to global fame as the female counterpart to Mr. Beast—amassing millions of followers and commanding the digital stage—I decide to run for President of the United States. Against all odds, and to the amazement of the world, I win, becoming the first female U.S. President. But my presidency is anything but traditional. Instead, I bring the energy, transparency, and engagement of social media to the White House, reimagining what it means to lead a nation in the digital age.

Reality TV as Presidential Transparency: How and Why

From day one, my presidency is documented on reality TV. Every major moment—cabinet meetings, policy debates, even the daily ups and downs—is broadcast in real time or shared in highlight clips. Americans don’t just read about what happens behind closed doors; they see it unfold with their own eyes. This isn’t just entertainment—it’s an open invitation for the public to witness government at work, making transparency the foundation of trust.

Imagine tuning in each week to episodes breaking down new policies, interviews with experts, and candid discussions among decision-makers. Special segments could feature “A Day in the Life of the President,” demystifying the role and making leadership feel accessible to everyone, not just political insiders.

My Campaign Promises

To Create a Collaborative Governance

My leadership philosophy would be rooted in the lessons I learned from managing teams at a young age. As a successful business manager, I discovered the power of asking my people for their ideas and feedback. Employees thrived when they felt heard—and businesses flourished when everyone pulled together toward common goals.

As President, I apply this collaborative approach to government. Instead of dictating from the top down, I invite experts, civil servants, and especially citizens to contribute their insights. Each major initiative is shaped by open brainstorming sessions, stakeholder meetings, and feedback channels.

For example, when developing a new education policy, panels of teachers, parents, and students participate in live-streamed workshops, ensuring the final plan addresses real-world needs. By building consensus and tapping into collective wisdom, government becomes more creative, agile, and effective.

Empowering the Public: Voting, Polls, and Direct Involvement

The heart of my approach is empowering the American people in ways never seen before. Instead of politicians making decisions in a vacuum, the public weighs in through nationwide votes, live polls, and digital town halls. Big questions—like education funding, healthcare priorities, or environmental policies—are put to the people for input before becoming law.

•          Weekly National Polls: Every Friday night, viewers are invited to vote on pressing issues discussed during the week. Results influence policy direction and resource allocation.

•          Interactive Town Halls: Virtual and in-person town halls allow citizens to submit questions, propose solutions, and debate issues live with government officials.

•          Participatory Budgeting: Americans help determine how a portion of the federal budget is spent, choosing between priorities like green infrastructure, education, or public health.

With the nation’s pulse measured in real time, policy becomes more responsive, and the public’s voice carries unprecedented weight in the halls of power.

Potential Benefits: Engagement, Trust, and Innovation

•          Greater Civic Engagement: Reality TV governance sparks curiosity and participation, especially among younger Americans used to interactive platforms.

•          Restored Trust: Unfiltered access to decision-making processes helps demystify government and rebuild public confidence.

•          Innovative Solutions: Crowdsourcing ideas brings fresh perspectives, enabling more dynamic, people-centered policies.

•          Faster Feedback Loops: Real-time input helps leaders pivot quickly in response to changing priorities or emerging issues.

Challenges and Considerations: Feasibility and Risks

Of course, this bold approach isn’t without challenges. Nationwide votes could be influenced by trends or misinformation, and not every issue lends itself to a simple yes/no answer. Ensuring secure, reliable voting technology and meaningful debate would be essential. There’s also the risk of decision fatigue if citizens are asked to weigh in too often, or the possibility that complex topics get oversimplified for TV.

Additionally, balancing entertainment with the gravity of governance poses unique dilemmas. Some critics might fear that important matters become mere spectacles, undermining the seriousness of public service. Safeguarding against these risks means combining media savvy with a steadfast commitment to truth, education, and thoughtful deliberation.

A New Vision for Participatory Leadership

Imagine a presidency where every American truly has a seat at the table, where government is not a distant institution but a living, breathing conversation. By blending the power of social media, the reach of reality TV, and the wisdom of collaborative leadership, we can transform civic life—making democracy more accessible, responsive, and inspiring for everyone. This vision isn’t just about one leader: it’s about unlocking the potential of millions to shape our shared future, together.

I would put a STOP to the Conspiracy Theories

I would put a stop to things like conspiracy theories by introducing on my reality show any aliens that might be hanging out in the basement of some government building. See, the thing is people are afraid of things that they don’t know. Most people who believe that the government is hiding aliens from us think it’s because the government fears mass hysteria—which is true. People fear what they don’t know, and if a government just comes out and says aliens exist, of course they’re going to freak out. But if someone introduced Bob the alien on some reality show as he tried to get his license in Germany and everyone had a good laugh about it, people wouldn’t be so scared and people wouldn’t panic because they will know all about Bob and how he has no powers that are not in the probing people and that his alien race never has.

Expanding on this idea, transparency and normalization could be powerful tools to address public anxiety and discourage conspiracy theories. By openly presenting „aliens“—or any subject steeped in mystery—within a familiar and lighthearted context, the reality show would demystify these beings. For example, Bob the alien could become a recurring character on reality television, sharing everyday challenges, aspirations, and even humorous mishaps, like struggling to parallel park or misunderstanding local customs. This approach would make aliens less threatening and more relatable, allowing viewers to see them as individuals rather than fearful unknowns.

The goal would not only be entertainment but also education. Bob could explain his culture, clarify misconceptions, and answer questions from the public, debunking sensationalist myths about alien powers or intentions, bigfoot, and vampires walking among us. Rather than fueling rumors, the show would encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and acceptance. By turning the unknown into a known and approachable subject, people would be less likely to succumb to irrational fears or mass hysteria. This method could be expanded to other „conspiratorial“ topics as well—using openness, humor, and storytelling as ways to foster trust, inform the public, and promote unity.

Ultimately, when governments and leaders choose openness over secrecy, and when information is communicated in a way that is both accessible and engaging, society has the chance to grow beyond fear of the unknown. The reality show would serve as a platform to make mysterious topics approachable and less frightening, showing that sometimes all it takes to dispel a conspiracy theory is a little honesty and a lot of laughter.

Internal US Policies

Gun Laws

Balancing Rights and Public Safety

While the constitutional right of every American to bear arms is fundamental, stricter regulations are needed regarding the acquisition and retention of firearms. The frequency of accidental shootings and violence carried out in moments of anger or rage underscores the necessity for comprehensive reforms that address both Second Amendment protections and public safety concerns.

Proposed Reforms for Responsible Gun Ownership

•          Implement universal background checks for all gun purchases, including private sales and transactions at gun shows. This measure aims to prevent firearms from ending up in the hands of individuals who pose a risk to society.

•          Mandate safety training for all gun owners and require periodic renewal of firearm licenses. Regular education ensures that owners stay aware of safe handling practices, proper storage, and legal responsibilities.

•          Introduce waiting periods for gun purchases to allow thorough vetting and provide a necessary cooling-off period, which can help reduce impulsive acts of violence.

•          Require secure storage solutions such as gun safes or trigger locks to minimize the risk of accidental shootings, especially those involving children.

•          Enact red flag laws that enable authorities to temporarily remove firearms from individuals who are considered a danger to themselves or others, thereby preventing potential tragedies.

By adopting a multifaceted approach that incorporates education, accountability, and common-sense regulations, it is possible to honor constitutional freedoms while working to reduce gun-related injuries and deaths nationwide. These reforms are designed to ensure responsible gun ownership and create safer communities for all Americans.

Let’s Get Rid of the Electoral College

I would try to make the decision to keep or abolish the electoral college up for a public vote. Personally, I believe it’s long overdue for us to move away from this system and adopt a majority rules approach, much like other democracies around the world that elect their leaders directly.

The current Electoral College system means that presidential elections are decided by electors from each state rather than directly by the popular vote. This can result in situations where a candidate wins the presidency without receiving the most votes nationwide, which many see as undemocratic. By abolishing the Electoral College, every citizen’s vote would carry equal weight, ensuring that the candidate with the most votes becomes president. This change would make the electoral process more transparent, encourage greater voter participation, and better reflect the true will of the people.

Transitioning to a majority rules system would also align the U.S. with the practices of most other democratic nations, where direct voting determines leadership. It could help restore faith in the electoral process, reduce confusion and controversy surrounding election results, and promote a sense of fairness and unity among voters. Public debates and education campaigns would be essential to help citizens understand the implications of such a shift, but ultimately, empowering voters to make this choice would be significant.

Minimum qualifications for important government positions

To ensure the highest level of competence and accountability, I believe it is essential that leaders in key government roles possess relevant expertise and professional experience. For example, the head of the Department of Education should have a substantial background in education—such as experience as a teacher, administrator, or education policy expert. Similarly, the Surgeon General should be an accomplished medical doctor with a proven track record in clinical practice, public health, or medical administration. This approach should extend to all critical positions within the government, such as the Secretary of the Treasury requiring a strong background in finance or economics, and the Secretary of Energy having expertise in energy policy or science. By establishing clear, rigorous minimum qualification requirements for each role, the government can make more informed decisions, foster public trust, and ensure that complex issues are addressed by individuals who truly understand their fields. Such standards would help prevent unqualified appointments based solely on political connections and instead prioritize merit and capability.

Transparency and informed decision-making should be at the core of the legislative process. Therefore, any new bills or laws proposed in Congress should be made available for review by all voting members for a minimum period of one month before a vote is taken. This mandatory review period would allow legislators ample time to thoroughly read, analyze, and understand the implications of proposed legislation. It would also give the public, advocacy groups, and experts an opportunity to provide feedback or raise concerns, fostering more open and democratic governance. This change would discourage rushed, last-minute voting on complex laws and help ensure that representatives are making well-considered choices on behalf of their constituents.

Additionally, the scope of presidential power should be more clearly defined and subject to stronger checks and balances. Specific limits must be set on what actions the U.S. president can take unilaterally, without the review or approval of Congress or the judicial branch. Introducing more rules on executive power—such as requiring congressional oversight for certain executive orders, international agreements, or emergency declarations—would help safeguard against potential abuses and maintain a healthy balance between the branches of government. These reforms would reinforce accountability, protect democratic norms, and ensure that no single individual can bypass the established processes designed to represent the will of the people.

The Government needs to start Governing and Regulating

Flatline the Laws, Prices, Regulations, and Taxes

The Need for Uniformity Across States

Currently, things that are legal in one U.S. state can be illegal in another, resulting in a patchwork of varying laws, rules, and regulations for industries and professional licenses. This lack of national consistency often leads to confusion, legal loopholes, and inconsistent standards that affect both industry practices and professional licensing.

Challenges Created by Inconsistent Laws

When something is permitted in one state but prohibited in another, it introduces unnecessary barriers for businesses, professionals, and consumers. For example, a food product such as chlorine-washed chicken may be allowed in one state but restricted in another, complicating interstate commerce and potentially undermining consumer confidence in food safety. Similarly, professionals like doctors, lawyers, or teachers face different licensing requirements across states, limiting their ability to work freely nationwide.

Benefits of Federal Standardization

Implementing standardized laws, rules, and regulations at the federal level would eliminate these discrepancies. This would ensure that all Americans, regardless of their location, are subject to the same standards for safety, quality, and professional qualifications. Such an approach would streamline business operations, reduce compliance costs, and make it easier for skilled workers to relocate or practice in any state. It would also promote fairness and equality, so that rights and responsibilities are not arbitrarily determined by geographic boundaries.

Toward a Unified Legal and Regulatory Framework

Adopting a unified framework—similar to approaches taken in many European countries or following the philosophy of „Do it like the Germans do it, or at least half as good“—would help the United States modernize its systems, close regulatory gaps, and strengthen consumer protection. National consistency in laws and standards would foster economic growth, enhance public safety, and create a clearer, more predictable environment for individuals and businesses across the country.

Flatline the tax rates:

Having lived in Germany for over two decades, one aspect of the German government that stands out is its dedication to governing and regulating all states with fairness and consistency—particularly regarding tax rates. Germany’s standardized tax policies provide predictability for both individuals and businesses, which contrasts sharply with the United States, where state tax rates differ significantly. This disparity creates confusion and can impose unfair burdens on businesses operating near state borders.

For instance, a gas station situated just a few miles from a neighboring state may face a competitive disadvantage due to higher local taxes. Such inconsistencies complicate compliance and often encourage businesses to move to states with lower tax rates, potentially hindering economic growth in areas with higher taxes.

Adopting a standardized, nationwide tax rate would streamline tax compliance for both businesses and individuals, fostering a more equitable environment across all states. Uniform tax rates would remove incentives for businesses to relocate solely for tax benefits and could reduce administrative costs associated with varying regulations. This change would also help small businesses compete on equal footing, regardless of location. Additionally, a flat tax system could enhance transparency, making it easier for consumers and companies to understand their tax obligations. It would reduce loopholes and opportunities for tax avoidance. Ultimately, aligning tax policies across states could promote fairness, boost interstate commerce, and contribute to a more unified national economy

Standardizing Industry Pricing

Learning from the German Model

The principle of „Do it like the Germans do it, or at least half as good“ suggests that the United States could improve affordability, transparency, and fairness by adopting government regulation and standardization of prices in key industries, following Germany’s approach. In Germany, the government is directly involved in setting and monitoring the prices that pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, doctors, lawyers, and hospitals can charge for specific goods and services. This intervention prevents price gouging and regional disparities, ensuring that consumers benefit from equitable treatment across the country.

Implementing Standardized Pricing in the United States

If the United States implemented a similar system, prices for essential goods and services—including prescription drugs, medical procedures, and legal fees—would be regulated and standardized at the federal level. This would eliminate the significant variations in costs currently seen from state to state and city to city, where the same medication, surgery, or legal service can be much more expensive depending on location. Standard pricing would protect consumers from unexpected expenses, simplify administrative processes, and make it easier for individuals and businesses to budget for essential needs.

Benefits of Predictable and Transparent Pricing

For example, just as a German patient knows the cost of a hospital stay or a prescription in advance, Americans would have access to predictable, transparent pricing regardless of where they live. Doctors, lawyers, and hospitals would operate under clear, nationwide guidelines regarding what they can charge, increasing equity and reducing financial barriers that often prevent people from accessing vital services. The pharmaceutical industry would be subject to government-negotiated price caps, making life-saving medications more affordable and accessible throughout the country.

Promoting Fairness and Competition

By standardizing and regulating industry pricing across all 50 states, the U.S. would foster greater trust in its healthcare, legal, and business systems, while promoting fairness and affordability. This approach would encourage competition based on quality and service rather than price manipulation and help close the gaps in access and outcomes created by inconsistent costs. Ultimately, even adopting a partial version of the German model could lead to improved outcomes for American consumers and support a more sustainable and equitable economic environment.

Federal Legalization of Marijuana

Economic and Regulatory Benefits

Legalizing marijuana at the federal level would create substantial economic advantages by generating significant tax revenue for both federal and state governments. In addition to the direct fiscal benefits, federal legalization would help establish standardized regulations across the country, ensuring consistency in how the industry operates regardless of state boundaries. This harmonization of rules would foster public safety, as clear guidelines and oversight would make it easier to monitor and manage marijuana-related activities.

Criminal Justice Reform and Business Opportunities

Federal legalization would also reduce the burden on the criminal justice system by decreasing the number of marijuana-related arrests and prosecutions. Treating marijuana in a manner similar to other regulated substances, such as alcohol and tobacco, would allow businesses to access traditional banking services and open property bank accounts. This increased access would enable marijuana enterprises to operate transparently and within the law, without the risk of federal prosecution, encouraging responsible business practices and supporting the creation of jobs in agriculture, retail, and related services.

Advancing Research and Informed Policy

Federal legalization would open doors for more comprehensive research into the medical benefits and risks of cannabis. This enhanced research environment would support informed decision-making for both consumers and policymakers, leading to sound public health strategies and responsible use guidelines. Ultimately, federal legalization would balance economic growth, social justice, and public health priorities, ensuring that the marijuana industry is afforded the same opportunities and protections as other legitimate businesses.

Who Polices the Police?

The Need for Standardized Body Camera Procedures

In the United States, significant investments have been made in body cameras for law enforcement, yet there is a lack of standardized protocols requiring regular review of footage. Often, officers may turn off their cameras to avoid creating recordings, and there are no consistent rules dictating when footage must be released to the public. Leaving these decisions to individual police departments creates opportunities for misconduct and undermines accountability. To address these gaps, it is proposed that an overseeing office be established to develop and enforce uniform procedures for the release and review of body camera footage. This office would also have the authority to enforce disciplinary actions in cases of misconduct.

Increasing Accountability and Transparency through Independent Oversight

The creation of an independent oversight office, either at the federal or state level, would represent a substantial move toward greater police accountability and transparency nationwide. This agency would set consistent policies for all law enforcement bodies regarding the use, storage, and public disclosure of body camera recordings. For example, it could require that footage be routinely reviewed by impartial officials outside the department, ensuring adherence to proper protocols and facilitating early detection of misconduct.

Transparent Public Access and Annual Reporting

Clear guidelines would be established for when footage must be made available to the public—such as after incidents involving use of force or in response to citizen complaints. By removing discretion from local departments, the process would become more transparent and help foster trust between communities and their police forces. Additionally, the oversight office would be responsible for compiling and publishing annual reports detailing compliance, violations, and disciplinary actions, thereby increasing public awareness and oversight.

Impartial Investigations and Enforcement of Corrective Actions

Beyond body camera protocols, the office would also investigate allegations of police misconduct independently, ensuring investigations are free from local political influence. It would have the authority to recommend or mandate corrective actions—including retraining, suspension, termination, and referral for criminal prosecution when appropriate.

Building Trust through Centralized Oversight

Establishing a centralized, transparent, and accountable system would help prevent abuses of power, protect civil rights, and reinforce the principle that no one is above the law, including law enforcement officers. This approach echoes the broader themes present in the surrounding document, emphasizing the importance of nationwide standards—such as those for tax rates or building codes—in promoting fairness, consistency, and public trust.

Foods Legal in the U.S. but Restricted/Banned Elsewhere

The United States permits the sale and consumption of several food products that are restricted or outright banned in other countries, primarily because of differences in regulatory standards, public health priorities, and scientific assessments of risk. This divergence can be attributed to the unique approach the U.S. takes toward food safety, agricultural practices, and consumer choice, often prioritizing industry innovation and market freedom over precautionary principles that guide regulations in other parts of the world. Below are some prominent examples of such foods, along with further context on why they are controversial internationally:

•          Chlorine-Washed Chicken: In the U.S., poultry producers commonly use chlorine rinses to sanitize chicken and reduce pathogens like salmonella and campylobacter. While this process is considered effective for food safety by American regulators, the European Union and United Kingdom ban chlorine-washed chicken, citing concerns that chemical washes may mask poor hygiene practices during processing and could pose long-term health risks. Critics argue that reliance on chlorine rinses might discourage stricter cleanliness standards in slaughterhouses, whereas European regulations favor more robust farm-to-fork hygiene management to prevent contamination at its source.

Policy Expansion: If Germany and other European countries have determined that chlorine-washed chicken poses unacceptable risks to human health, the United States should follow suit by prohibiting this practice. Aligning with Germany’s ban would prioritize consumer safety and encourage improved hygiene standards throughout the poultry industry, rather than relying on chemical interventions that could mask underlying problems. This approach would help ensure that food safety measures are based on prevention and best practices, not reactive chemical treatments.

•          Certain Farmed Salmon: U.S. regulations allow farmed salmon to be colored with synthetic additives like astaxanthin, which helps replicate the pink hue found in wild salmon. While astaxanthin itself is generally recognized as safe, some countries question the long-term effects of artificial colorants and restrict or ban their use in fish farming. The debate centers on transparency in labeling and concerns about the cumulative impact of synthetic additives on consumer health, prompting stricter standards in regions such as the European Union.

Policy Expansion: If Germany has banned specific colorants or additives in farmed salmon due to concerns about their effects on human health, the U.S. should implement similar restrictions. By adopting Germany’s precautionary approach, the U.S. would better protect consumers from potential risks associated with synthetic food additives, encourage transparency in food labeling, and promote healthier agricultural practices. This would also foster greater international consistency and consumer trust in American food products.

•          Cereals with BHT: Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) is a preservative widely used in American breakfast cereals to extend shelf life and maintain product freshness. However, BHT is banned in countries like Japan and across Europe due to studies suggesting potential links to cancer and other health risks. European regulators tend to apply the precautionary principle more rigorously, restricting additives until comprehensive safety data are available, whereas the U.S. may allow their use unless clear evidence of harm emerges.

•          Certain Candies (Skittles): Many popular U.S. candies, including Skittles, contain artificial dyes such as Yellow 5 and Red 40. These colorants are banned or restricted in various countries due to concerns over hyperactivity in children and possible carcinogenic effects. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration maintains that these dyes are safe within regulated limits, but international bodies—such as the European Food Safety Authority—have imposed tighter controls or require warning labels, reflecting differences in risk tolerance and consumer protection.

•          Unpasteurized Cheese (with mites): While the U.S. allows the sale of unpasteurized cheese aged at least 60 days—a measure intended to reduce the risk of harmful bacteria—it prohibits cheeses containing live mites, such as the traditional French cheese Mimolette. In contrast, some European countries embrace such specialty cheeses, reflecting cultural differences in food tradition and risk assessment. The U.S. approach tends to err on the side of consumer safety and allergen concerns, whereas European regulators may permit certain products under strict controls and labeling requirements.

Pesticides and Chemicals

Do you know what chemicals are used in the US to kill mosquitoes? According to my Google search, in the US mosquito populations are controlled using EPA-registered adulticides and larvicides applied by professionals, along with consumer products. Common adulticides (for flying mosquitoes) include synthetic pyrethroids (e.g., permethrin, sumithrin) and organophosphates (e.g., malathion, naled). Do you know what we use in Germany to control the mosquito population? Egg whites, yes I heard in radio the other day that Germans use egg whites to control their mosquito population, because it kills the mosquito larva, but doesn’t harm anything else. So major efforts were now (March 2026) underway to spay egg whites everywhere where mosquitoes tend to populate.

I believe that any pesticides or chemicals that have been banned in Germany or any European country for that matter, due to their proven or suspected harmful effects on human health should also be banned in the United States. Germany’s regulatory decisions are often based on rigorous scientific evaluation and a commitment to the precautionary principle, which prioritizes public health over industry convenience. By mirroring Germany’s bans, the U.S. can reduce exposure to toxic substances, lower the risk of chronic diseases and environmental contamination, and demonstrate leadership in safeguarding consumer well-being. This unified approach would promote higher standards for food safety and environmental protection, ensuring that American families are not subjected to risks deemed unacceptable elsewhere.

Aligning U.S. Food Safety with International Best Practices

Adopting Germany’s/ Europe’s bans on harmful food practices, additives, pesticides, and chemicals would signal a commitment to global best practices and scientific consensus. It would help harmonize regulations, improve public health outcomes, and enhance the reputation of American products in international markets. Ultimately, prioritizing consumer safety by aligning with Germany’s standards would foster greater trust in regulatory systems and support a healthier, more sustainable food landscape for all Americans.

These examples illustrate how the U.S. regulatory framework can result in a food landscape that differs significantly from international norms. Differences in scientific interpretation, cultural attitudes, and legal precedents all play a role in shaping what is considered acceptable for public consumption. For American consumers and businesses, this means access to a broader range of products, but also potential exposure to ingredients and processes that are viewed skeptically elsewhere. As global food safety standards continue to evolve, ongoing dialogue and review of regulations may help the U.S. better align with international best practices, ultimately supporting public health, consumer confidence, and trade relationships.

Uniformity in Building Codes

The Importance of Standardized Building Regulations

Uniformity in building codes is essential for safety, efficiency, and fairness. Standardizing building regulations across all 50 states would simplify compliance for construction companies, architects, and inspectors, eliminating confusion caused by varying regional requirements. This would help ensure that all buildings, regardless of location, meet consistent safety and quality standards, making it easier for businesses to operate across state lines and reducing costs associated with navigating different codes. A flatlined approach to building codes would also facilitate faster adoption of best practices, encourage innovation in construction, and support disaster resilience by ensuring that every community benefits from the latest advancements in safety and sustainability.

Aligning with Global Standards for Safety and Protection

If a product or practice has been banned in most other countries due to safety, health, or environmental concerns, the United States should carefully reevaluate why it remains permitted domestically. Upholding higher standards for public safety and consumer protection means aligning with the best global practices and scientific consensus. By proactively reviewing and, if necessary, banning substances or practices that have been deemed dangerous elsewhere, the U.S. can better safeguard its citizens, maintain international credibility, and foster trust in its regulatory systems.

Implementing German-Style Social Support

—Even Halfway—

Could Transform U.S. Healthcare

A Robust Model for Equitable Healthcare

The United States stands to gain significantly by adopting a stronger social support system, drawing inspiration from Germany’s comprehensive approach to healthcare and welfare. Germany’s model ensures that all citizens have access to affordable, government-regulated healthcare, regardless of their income or employment status. This framework is recognized for its wide-ranging coverage, strict cost controls, and a dependable safety net, guaranteeing that everyone receives the medical care they need. If the U.S. were to implement even half of Germany’s level of social support, every American—especially those who are employed—could access quality healthcare without the looming threat of financial devastation.

Regulation, Subsidies, and Expanded Coverage

Applying a “half as good” principle would entail the U.S. government taking steps to regulate healthcare prices, provide subsidies for low-income families, and broaden public insurance programs to include basic and preventive care. Such initiatives would address the shortcomings of the current system, where millions face high costs and restricted access, moving the country closer to a fairer model in which the most vulnerable receive essential support. By extending at least 50% of the welfare benefits available in Germany—such as unemployment aid, housing assistance, and family support—the U.S. could make a meaningful difference for Americans encountering economic difficulties.

Protecting Americans and Building Economic Security

Germany’s system is often lauded for its generosity and effectiveness. Even partial adoption of these principles in the United States would ensure that both working individuals and those in need are safeguarded against health crises and financial uncertainty. Emphasizing government oversight and affordable access would help foster a more inclusive society, improve public health, and enhance economic security for all Americans.

Maternity Leave and Benefits in Germany

How Long is Maternity Leave in Germany?

Germany places a high value on families and children, which is reflected in its generous parental leave policies. Both mothers and fathers are eligible for up to three years of parental leave per child. This leave is generally taken before the child’s third birthday, but there is flexibility in how it can be distributed. Parents may allocate up to 24 months of parental leave between the child’s third and eighth birthdays, contingent upon employer approval. Importantly, the leave does not have to be taken as a single, continuous period—it can be divided into separate blocks, such as months, weeks, or even days, to best suit the family’s needs.

Key Points Regarding Duration:

  • Maximum of three years: Each parent is entitled to up to three years of parental leave per child.
  • Before the child’s third birthday: Up to two years can be taken during the first three years of the child’s life.
  • Flexibility after the child’s third birthday: Up to 24 months of parental leave can be used between the child’s third and eighth birthdays. If the leave is to be divided more than three times, employer approval is required.
  • Division: Parental leave may be broken into different periods, including months, weeks, or days, offering families the ability to tailor leave to their circumstances.

For example, a parent might choose to take the first 12 months of leave immediately after the birth of their child and use the remaining two years at a later time, such as another 12 months between the child’s third and eighth birthdays.

Financial Benefits During Maternity Leave in Germany

How Much Money Does a German Get While on Maternity Leave?

During parental leave in Germany, the employment contract is suspended, so parents do not receive their regular salary from their employer. Instead, they are provided with government benefits that help support families through this period.

Key Types of Financial Support

  • Basic Parental Allowance (Elterngeld): Typically replaces 65% to 67% of the recipient’s average net income from the year before the child’s birth, with a minimum of €300 and a maximum of €1,800 per month.
  • Parental Allowance Plus (Elterngeld Plus): Especially beneficial for parents who work part-time during parental leave. This allowance ranges from €150 to €900 per month and can be combined with additional part-time income.
  • Child Benefit (Kindergeld): As of January 1, 2026, parents receive €259 per child per month, providing further financial support for families.
  • Pension Contributions: Time spent raising children is credited toward pension entitlements. For one year of child-rearing, this results in approximately €40.79 in monthly pension payments.

Additional Notes

Application Process: Applications for parental allowance should be submitted to the responsible parental allowance office as soon as possible after the child’s birth to avoid benefit delays.

Part-Time Work: Parents are allowed to work up to 32 hours per week during parental leave. In these cases, they continue to receive salary payments from their employer in addition to the relevant parental allowance.

Maternity Leave and Benefits in Germany

In Germany, individuals remain continuously insured during parental leave (up to three years per child) under the statutory health insurance system (GKV). For those who were compulsorily insured before parental leave, insurance coverage typically remains free of charge as long as they receive parental allowance or have no wage income. However, those with private health insurance must pay their full premiums themselves throughout parental leave.

Important Details

These provisions also apply when receiving Parental Allowance Plus or if parental leave is extended.

Commission-free insurance (GKV) is available to those who are members of a statutory health insurance fund and have no or only minimal income subject to contributions (for example, a minijob) during parental leave.

Compulsory members who were already compulsorily insured before parental leave continue to be covered under the same terms throughout their leave.

Those who are voluntarily insured in the statutory system must pay premiums during parental leave, although these are often based on lower income levels.

Individuals with private health insurance (PKV) continue to be covered during parental leave, but they are responsible for paying the entire premium themselves, including the portion typically paid by their employer.

Children can typically be covered free of charge under family insurance through the statutory system, provided the other parent is not privately insured and does not earn above the annual income threshold.

How much does average childcare cost a German?

This is what my current daycare charges:

Daycare for children aged 3 and up

€152 per month for three-quarter-day care from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, including breakfast

€202 per month for full-day care from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, including breakfast, lunch, and a snack

The Juvenile Justice System

I was recently shocked after watching the video below, hosted by John Oliver, where he explains that the U.S. incarcerates children at a higher rate than other countries. He also reveals the facilities these kids are sent to and highlights some of the terrible experiences they endure.

Juvenile Justice: Last Week Tonight with John Oliver (HBO)

I fully agree with John Oliver that the entire Juvenile Justice system in the US needs to be reformed.

The United States stands out among developed nations for its high rates of youth incarceration, as highlighted in the referenced video by John Oliver. Children in the juvenile justice system are often subjected to conditions that can be harsh and detrimental to their development. Many facilities lack proper oversight, which can lead to abuse, neglect, and psychological harm. The experiences of these young people not only impact on their immediate well-being, but can also shape their futures, making comprehensive reform of the system an urgent priority.

Reforming the juvenile justice system is essential to ensure that it serves its intended purpose: rehabilitation, not punishment. The system should be designed to guide young people back onto a positive path, rather than further entrenching them in cycles of crime and trauma.

Key principles for reforming the Juvenile Justice Process include

  • Decisions about a child’s fate should not rest solely with a single judge. Instead, a panel of experts—including psychologists, social workers, and legal professionals—should participate in the process. This collaborative approach ensures that all relevant perspectives are considered, leading to fairer and more appropriate outcomes for youth offenders.
  • Solitary confinement should be strictly limited, with a maximum duration of four hours. Extended isolation is known to cause severe psychological distress, especially in adolescents. Alternatives such as supervised time-outs or therapeutic interventions should be prioritized to address behavioral issues without inflicting lasting harm.
  • Detention center staff must undergo comprehensive retraining, focusing on trauma-informed care and adolescent development. Children should never be treated as hardened criminals unless their actions warrant such treatment; most youth offenders require guidance, support, and opportunities for growth, not punitive measures.
  • Any staff member found abusing a child—physically, emotionally, or sexually—should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Plea bargains for offenses like sexual abuse of minors should be prohibited, sending a clear message that such behavior will not be tolerated and that justice will be served for victims.
  • Children must have access to legal counsel at every stage of the process. If a minor wishes to waive their right to an attorney, this should only occur after a thorough meeting with a legal representative who explains the consequences and ensures the decision is voluntary and informed.

Beyond these reforms, the juvenile justice system should emphasize restorative justice practices that hold youth accountable while encouraging them to repair harm caused to victims and communities. Programs that provide educational opportunities, mental health support, and mentorship can reduce recidivism and help young people build brighter futures. Moreover, investing in prevention—such as community outreach, early intervention, and family support services—can address the root causes of juvenile delinquency and keep children out of the system altogether.

Ultimately, a reimagined juvenile justice system would treat young offenders with dignity, offer second chances, and focus on rehabilitation instead of punishment. This approach not only benefits the children involved but also strengthens families, communities, and society as a whole.

Strengthening the Data Protection Laws

Germany enforces very strict data protection laws, preventing companies, businesses, law enforcement, and the government from freely sharing or trading people’s personal information without consent. For example, when my mother considered selling her house, I contacted a U.S. real estate agent and was surprised by how much information she could quickly provide about my mother’s property and others nearby—details that would be protected and unavailable to the public in Germany, such as the age of the house, its size, and actual past sale prices of my mom’s house and the houses in the surrounding area.

While Germany’s approach may seem extreme, the United States could benefit from tighter regulations, since their data protection laws appear quite lax. One instance that stands out is when I searched for a friend online and found a Facebook post from a sheriff’s department showing her mugshot, full name, and a description of her being caught shoplifting and publicly intoxicated. When I asked her about it, she told me she had repeatedly asked the department to remove the post, but they had not complied.

In Germany, everything about that sheriff’s post would violate data protection laws. Publishing someone’s photo without permission (unless taken in a public space), disclosing their full name, listing charges, and specifying when and where the alleged crime occurred would all be prohibited. While I understand the need for databases regarding serious crimes and child molesters, publicly posting details of minor offenses like shoplifting and public intoxication should, in my view, be strictly banned.

The differences between German and American data protection laws highlight a fundamental divergence in how personal privacy is valued and protected. In Germany, privacy is considered a basic right, rooted in historical experiences with government surveillance and misuse of personal information. This has led to robust legislation, such as the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (Federal Data Protection Act) and strict adherence to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which set high standards for the collection, storage, and dissemination of personal data. Individuals must give explicit consent before their information can be shared, and violations can result in substantial penalties for organizations and public entities.

In contrast, the United States has a patchwork of data protection regulations, often with weaker enforcement and broad exceptions—especially for public records and law enforcement. Information about property transactions, criminal records, and even minor offenses is frequently accessible to the public, sometimes with little regard for the individual’s privacy or the potential for reputational harm. This openness can be justified in the name of transparency and public interest, but it also exposes people to risks such as identity theft, social stigma, and unwanted scrutiny.

The real-world consequences of these differences are profound. In Germany, individuals enjoy a high degree of control over their personal information, which fosters trust in institutions and encourages responsible data handling. In the U.S., the lack of comprehensive protections can lead to situations where sensitive information is widely disseminated, sometimes permanently affecting someone’s reputation or opportunities. For example, public mugshots and arrest records—even for minor infractions—can remain online indefinitely, complicating job searches, housing applications, and personal relationships.

Adopting stricter data protection laws in the United States, modeled after Germany’s approach, could significantly improve individual privacy and reduce the risk of harm from public exposure of personal details. Such reforms might include requiring explicit consent for sharing personal data, limiting the accessibility of property and criminal records, and establishing clear procedures for requesting the removal of information from public platforms. These measures would not only protect citizens from unnecessary intrusion but also promote a culture of respect for personal boundaries in both private and public spheres.

Ultimately, strengthening data protection laws would align the United States with international best practices and address growing concerns about privacy in a digital age. As technology continues to advance and more aspects of daily life are documented online, the need for comprehensive and enforceable privacy regulations becomes ever more urgent. By learning from Germany’s example, the U.S. could balance transparency and public safety with the essential right to privacy, ensuring that personal information is treated with the care and respect it deserves.

Online Harassment, Mobbing, and Name Calling

Recently, while watching YouTube, I came across a comedy news show that mocked online posts made by several female politicians, targeting another politician’s physical appearance—specifically, comments saying he had a micro penis. My immediate reaction was one of disbelief: I questioned what relevance such content had to political discourse and was deeply concerned about how these posts could even be considered legal.

In Germany, posting online content that attacks or destroys someone’s character is not permitted, as it is viewed as harassment and a violation of privacy, punishable under law. Witnessing behavior in the United States that would be illegal in Germany—especially when carried out by politicians—was appalling. I regard such conduct as utterly disgraceful and believe it should be expressly forbidden, particularly when the perpetrators are representatives of the U.S. government or its official offices. The display of these posts highlighted a troubling decline in the standards of political conduct, reflecting poorly on the current state of U.S. government and politics. This situation appears to have worsened under the influence of Donald Trump and his associates, whose actions seem driven by personal gain rather than public service.

The normalization of online harassment and mobbing within the political sphere has far-reaching consequences that go well beyond individual reputations. When public figures engage in personal attacks, especially those focused on physical appearance or private characteristics, it undermines the integrity of political debate and sets a dangerous precedent for acceptable discourse in society at large. Such behavior not only distracts from substantive policy discussions but also erodes public trust in elected officials and government institutions.

In many countries with stricter privacy and harassment laws, including Germany, these kinds of public attacks would result in legal consequences. The expectation is that politicians, as public servants, should model respectful and dignified communication, both online and offline. The contrast between the legal frameworks of Germany and the United States highlights a gap in the protection of individual dignity and the maintenance of civil discourse. In the U.S., the absence of clear legal prohibitions against online character attacks allows for a toxic political environment where personal insults and mobbing are increasingly commonplace.

Moreover, when politicians themselves become perpetrators of online harassment, the effects ripple throughout society. Their actions, amplified by media coverage and social networks, can legitimize bullying behavior among their supporters and the broader public, fostering a culture of intolerance and disrespect. This trend is especially dangerous in a digital age, where harmful messages can spread quickly and inflict lasting damage.

To address this issue, it is essential to advocate for legislative reforms that establish clear boundaries for online conduct, particularly among public officials. Drawing inspiration from Germany’s approach, the United States could introduce laws that specifically prohibit character-destroying harassment and mobbing in digital spaces, with meaningful penalties for violations. Such reforms would help restore higher standards of political communication, promote respectful dialogue, and protect individuals from targeted abuse.

Ultimately, upholding civility and respect in political discourse is vital for a healthy democracy. The responsibility falls not only on lawmakers to enact stronger protections but also on society to demand accountability from those in positions of power. By fostering a culture that values dignity over sensationalism, the U.S. can move toward a more principled and inclusive political environment, where leaders are judged by their ideas and actions rather than by personal attacks and online mobbing.

Gay Rights and Marriages

I believe everyone should have the right to choose who their partner is and who should have the right to act on their behalf in the case of an emergency, death, or legal matter when the other person cannot act upon their own behalf. This fundamental right is at the core of personal autonomy and equality. It should not be restricted by gender, sexual orientation, or the legal label attached to a relationship. For instance, in emergency medical situations or when making critical legal decisions, individuals should have the authority to designate their partner—regardless of whether the relationship is recognized by traditional marriage laws—as their representative. This ensures that their wishes and best interests are respected, and that vital decisions are made by those who know them best.

Furthermore, people living together in a partnership for many years should also be given access to the same tax benefits, like those received when two people are legally married. Long-term partnerships often involve shared responsibilities, financial commitments, and emotional bonds that are just as strong as those found in legal marriages. Denying these couples equal tax benefits not only create financial hardships but also undermines the value of their commitment. Extending tax advantages and legal protections to all committed partnerships, including those between same-sex couples or those who choose not to marry, would foster fairness and recognize the diversity of families in modern society.

It is no one’s business if someone is sexually active with their partner or not; there are many heterosexual married couples who are not sexually active, and the same is certainly true in many gay marriages. The focus should not be on the intimate details of a relationship, but rather on the rights, responsibilities, and legal recognition granted by committing to a partnership. Legal bonding, such as marriage or civil unions, provides essential protections—including inheritance rights, hospital visitation, and decision-making authority—that should be accessible to all adults who choose to build a life together, regardless of their sexual orientation or the nature of their relationship.

Ultimately, expanding legal recognition and rights to all committed partnerships sends a powerful message about inclusiveness and respect. It affirms that all individuals deserve the freedom to define their relationships, have their choices honored, and enjoy equal access to benefits and protections under the law. By removing barriers and ensuring that partnership rights are not contingent upon sexual orientation or marital status, society moves closer to genuine equality and fairness for everyone.

Standardizing Abortion Laws—Adopting the German Model Nationwide

A Unified Approach for Fairness and Clarity

To ensure fairness and clarity across the country, abortion laws should be consistent and standardized in all 50 states, removing the current patchwork of varying regulations. Adopting a model similar to Germany would provide a balanced and pragmatic approach: women would have the unrestricted right to choose an abortion within the first three months (up to 12 weeks) of pregnancy, without mandatory restrictions or requirements for justification. This period allows for personal decision-making and confidential access to healthcare, supporting both women’s autonomy and public health.

Exceptions After the First Trimester

After the first trimester, abortions would be permitted only under special circumstances—such as when the woman’s physical or mental health is at risk, in cases of severe fetal anomalies, or when the pregnancy resulted from rape. These exceptions would be clearly defined and regulated at the federal level, ensuring that access to abortion after 12 weeks is based on medical necessity and compassionate grounds, rather than arbitrary state-by-state differences.

Benefits of a National “Flatline” Model

By implementing this “flatline” approach, the United States would provide equal reproductive rights and healthcare access to all women, regardless of where they live. It would eliminate confusion, prevent legal conflicts, and ensure that all Americans are subject to the same clear and reasonable standards. This model respects both the need for early access to abortion and the importance of protecting life and health in later stages of pregnancy, striking a thoughtful balance that has proven effective in countries like Germany.

This approach would align with broader efforts to harmonize important laws and regulations nationwide, as seen in proposals to standardize food safety and professional licensing. It would also promote public trust, reduce political polarization, and support the well-being of women and families across the United States.

Immigration Laws

The Need for a Willing Workforce

A stable and prosperous nation depends on the availability of a workforce willing to perform labor-intensive jobs that are often overlooked by citizens. These positions—such as harvesting crops like blueberries, strawberries, and asparagus, cleaning homes and businesses, or engaging in physically demanding work like roofing in Arizona—are essential to the country’s economy. However, many of these jobs remain unfilled by individuals from financially secure American families, who typically prefer to pay others to do this work. Immigrants are vital in filling these labor gaps, ensuring that crops do not go to waste and that vital industries continue to function smoothly. Allowing immigrants to easily take on these roles, while subjecting their income to taxation, helps maintain reasonable food prices and labor costs throughout the nation. This approach also raises an important policy question: should the federal police force known as ICE be significantly reduced or even abolished to facilitate a more efficient and humane labor system?

Fair Taxation and Access to Healthcare

Would it be fair for immigrants to receive all the same benefits as American citizens? —such as full access to welfare or retirement programs—or if they could become eligible for reduced forms of these benefits after meeting certain requirements or over time? Regardless, I believe it is essential to make it easy for immigrants working in the United States to be taxed in the same way as any other US worker. In addition, anyone legally employed within the U.S. should also have access to affordable, government-regulated, and subsidized healthcare and medications. This ensures fair treatment for all who contribute to the nation’s workforce and supports a healthier, more equitable society.

External and World Policies

Environmental Regulations, Peace, and Trade Treaties

The United States is widely recognized as a global power, yet it frequently falls short in adopting progressive environmental, peace, and trade policies compared to many of its international counterparts, particularly the European Union. Several factors contribute to this position. Political polarization and entrenched economic interests often shape legislative outcomes, with influential lobbying groups representing sectors such as fossil fuels and defense exerting considerable sway over policymakers. The American political system itself, where minority interests have the ability to block or slow down international agreements, further complicates progress. Additionally, ongoing debates over the division of power between federal and state governments create additional hurdles, making it challenging to adopt comprehensive nationwide commitments to international treaties.

A meaningful change in strategy would involve the United States embracing the collaborative approach already demonstrated by European Union member states. By agreeing to participate in key environmental, peace, and trade treaties that have been fully ratified across the EU, the U.S. would not only signal leadership on the world stage but also align itself with the global consensus on addressing climate change, upholding human rights, and fostering fair economic exchange. This step would reflect a strong commitment to a sustainable and peaceful future—benefiting both Americans and the international community.

This approach would yield considerable advantages. It would help build international trust, create new opportunities for economic cooperation, and ensure that American businesses and workers remain competitive as the world increasingly adopts greener technologies and practices. By participating in these treaties, the United States could also play a pivotal role in raising global standards—strengthening environmental protections, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting worldwide economic development. Ultimately, adopting these external world policies would represent a long-term investment in the prosperity, security, and well-being of both the nation and the broader global community.

Try to END International Wars and Conflicts

Leveraging U.S. Influence for Peace

The United States, as a global superpower, possesses unique leverage and diplomatic resources that can be directed toward encouraging nations in conflict to pursue negotiation. Rather than relying solely on military power or economic sanctions, the U.S. can adopt a proactive approach by organizing and hosting frequent international peace summits. These gatherings would provide neutral venues for leaders from conflicted countries to engage in open, honest dialogue and seek pathways toward negotiated solutions. By setting clear expectations for constructive engagement, the United States could act as a mediator, fostering meaningful discussions and compromises, and serving as a model of civility and mutual respect.

Building Global Partnerships for Peace

To highlight the significance of peace initiatives, the U.S. can collaborate with international organizations such as the United Nations and the European Union. Through these partnerships, the United States can help ensure equitable treatment for all parties involved in a conflict. Nations that commit to peaceful resolutions may be rewarded with economic incentives, humanitarian assistance, and diplomatic recognition, while those unwilling to participate could face coordinated global consequences. This approach would showcase U.S. leadership and a true dedication to peaceful conflict resolution, setting a constructive example for the global community.

Long-Term Benefits of Peace Efforts

Promoting and facilitating peace negotiations offers the potential to create a more stable and secure world. Such efforts save lives, prevent destruction, and enable nations to concentrate on development and cooperation rather than ongoing conflict. By acting responsibly and demonstrating maturity, the United States can guide global communities toward solutions grounded in civility, respect, and peaceful coexistence.

Bringing Peace to the Forefront: A Unique Proposal

This vision resonates personally. I have produced several lighthearted videos imagining the invitation of world leaders to my home—the White House—alongside notable figures such as Snoop Dogg, other celebrities, and even playboy bunnies. The idea is to film a reality television “peace party” that the world would remember, blending diplomacy, friendship, and entertainment to create an atmosphere conducive to genuine conversation and reconciliation.

The conclusion of President Kim – The 1st Female US President

Just so we are clear, I don’t really want to be President Kim – The 1st Female US President, ideally, I would inspire someone with heart and in the position to execute some of my ideas to follow through with them, some like, Mr. Beast… hint .. hint.  But if by some strange twist of fate I had that job, I know with all my heart that I would excel at it. I would do it with pride and I would do everything in my power to make choices that are for the people, by the people, in order to make, what they think would make America great again into a real-life reality for all our grandkids to be able to enjoy.

I would focus on policies and treaties towards saving the environment and redirecting funding for government entities like ICE towards things like affordable healthcare and social support systems. I would also focus on the government, governing and putting regulations on things like what special services, like doctors, hospitals, and lawyers, can charge for their services, to also include the pharmaceutical companies.

I do not see the US as the land of the United, no on the contrary, it is a land of the divided. The government has the power to unite it, by regulating and flatlining the laws and policies that are different from one another in each and every state. I would also make it easier for immigrants to be taxed and parents to stay at home with their children with affordable health and childcare.

I know my campaign ideas seem drastic, but keep in mind I wouldn’t make these choices on my own, transparency was the goal by putting it all on TV in a reality series. The goal would be to educate the US people on what is going on inside the White House and allow them to have an active role in in the choices and decisions that are made on a regular basis. Not this one man can cause a bunch of chaos bullshit, by putting more checks and balances of the powers which can be executed by the president and offices around him, to include minimum qualifications for all the 4000 major government official positions the US President is allowed to appoint his friends into power for. People who hold major positions of power should have to be qualified in some kind of way. If your job required minimum qualifications are not listed in the constitution, then I would say the US People should give your job some.

The rich and powerful businessmen of the US would hate me and want me dead, but the people would love me, for holding to my word and doing everything they wanted me to do, just the way they wanted me to do it.

My Motto would be: For the people, by the people, together we will make America great

A Retirees Quest

Seeking Proof that the Rainbow Bridge exists

Imagine now that I’ve completed a four-year term as the 1st female President of the United States and am now retired—my main focus would now shift towards finding evidence that the Rainbow Bridge exists and if it does, how to use it.

Before I share how I plan to find evidence proving the Rainbow Bridge exists, let me briefly explain what it is through three stories.

Story 1: Discovering the Concept of the Rainbow Bridge

The first time I encountered the idea of the Rainbow Bridge was while watching the Disney Pixar film CoCo. If you are unfamiliar with the movie, it tells the story of a young Mexican boy who dreams of playing the guitar, despite his family’s ban on music—a ban stemming from his grandmother’s painful past. During the celebration of the Mexican Day of the Dead, the main character decides to take his deceased relative’s guitar. This action transforms him, allowing him to enter the world of the dead. In this realm, he crosses a rainbow bridge to heaven, where he can see and interact with his family members who have passed on. The film is truly heartwarming and is definitely worth watching if you haven’t seen it.

Shortly after watching this movie with my child, we were playing together when he said to me, “Mommy, I want to play with you forever.” I was touched by the thought of being able to play with my child across lifetimes, through death and beyond. It sparked my imagination, and I wondered what it would be like if we could travel back and forth along the rainbow bridge between heaven and earth—visiting, speaking with, and interacting with loved ones who have passed or, after our own passing, visiting those we left behind. The idea that such a connection exists, as celebrated in Mexican holiday traditions and folklore, seemed so beautiful and comforting. I found myself hoping that this belief was true or at least based on some reality.

Story 2: Attempting to Guide a Spirit Across the Rainbow Bridge

During a period when I was single, I connected with several individuals through my favorite dating website, the Joy Club. One person I met was a hobbyist photographer with a passion for latex, who worked as an IT professional during the day. Our conversations were deep and intense, and he believed that both of us had heightened sensitivity and perhaps even telepathic abilities. He claimed to be able to do extraordinary things, like remote viewing or communicating across distances, and his beliefs strongly supported my own sense that I had a God-given destiny to help save the world. Although our connection was not romantic or sexual, his ideas fascinated me and made me curious about whether I might possess special abilities as well.

One day, I called him and found him in tears. His elderly English bulldog was in bad condition and was clearly nearing the end of his life. The dog was super old and had a large tumor in his face and had already lost control of his bladder. I felt bad for the guy in that moment because just like me, after a difficult divorce, he had lost contact with most of his friends and family, so he was very alone. Wanting to support him, I grabbed my child and went to go see him. My child, three years old at the time, and really didn’t want to go with me, but after I explained to him the situation and said sometimes, you just need to be a friend, he accepted that that is what we were doing on this night

After my child fell asleep on the couch, we sat outside and smoked a joint together. During which he asked me to help guide his dog’s spirit across the rainbow bridge to heaven, he explained that his dog wouldn’t leave because it feared for his loneliness. He believed that it was within my abilities to help the dog move on and explained to me how. He also warned me that as soon as the dog’s spirit crossed over, I would need to return to my own body quickly or risk my spirit getting trapped on the other side.

Wanting to help, I tried to mentally prepare myself to guide the dog’s soul to the other side. After changing clothes to avoid any unpleasant odors, I knelt on the ground with the dog’s head between my legs, meditated, and attempted an astral projection experience. I even recorded a few videos, hoping to capture evidence of the process. I meditated for an hour and a half but eventually had to accept that I was unsuccessful. I was unable to guide the dog’s spirit to the rainbow bridge, nor did I discover any special abilities within myself.

Afterward, we argued—he wanted me to keep trying, but I felt it was time to accept defeat and move on. Eventually, I woke up my child and returned home late that night. The videos I took during this experience reflect the mixed emotions I felt sadness and frustration over not being able to help the dog, and guilt for feeling upset that the dog had not died. The night was emotionally exhausting, and my feelings remained conflicted long after it was over.

Story 3: Is a story that I can’t tell or write without crying

On this day I was at my kid’s daycare to pick him up and another kid approached me and started talking to me, he must have been about 4 years old. He nearly immediately starts telling me about the horrible and gruesome death of his father. How his father was riding a motorcycle and was decapitated by a tree. He told me as many horrific details that he could in our one-minute conversation and then said that he was mad at his father because his father keeps bothering him. The part that made chills run down my spine was that he said it as if his father bothering him was in present tense and then he walked away as if he had just said hi, my name is.

I immediately began to cry—I couldn’t believe what this young child had just shared with me. My first thought was, what if the boy truly wasn’t lying about his father still being present to trouble him, but everyone else kept insisting he was just imagining things? I pictured a son and his ghostly father; the father, now a spirit, hides behind a tree, trying to protect his little boy without revealing himself because he knows any interaction will only cause problems, as others would call the boy crazy for seeing something invisible to the rest of us. It reminded me of „The Sixth Sense,“ where the child could see people who had died.

I imagined my own sensitive son in that situation. I couldn’t bear the thought of him being able to see his father’s ghost and while try to cope with his father’s death, all while I kept calling him a liar and denying what he can see, even though he is telling the truth. If I ever accused my son of lying when he wasn’t, I know it would devastate him and thinking about how that’s what happened to that other boy truly breaks my heart. The fact that the boy believed it when he told me is what makes it especially frightening.

After hearing the story, I contacted the child’s mother to express my condolences. She explained it happened over two years ago and that her son often shares similar stories with people or strangers. I offered a playdate, but she never responded and we haven’t been in touch since.

Speedy-B, I want you to know that whatever you choose to share with me, I will always believe you. Whether it’s something unbelievable like being abducted by aliens or insisting on your innocence even in difficult circumstances, I’ll trust you. My love for you is unwavering—whether you decide to dress differently, make unexpected choices, or face mistakes along the way. No matter what you do, say, feel, or believe, I’ll always be here to support you.

Simulation Theory and the Nature of Belief

Understanding Simulation Theory

I believe in simulation theory because, from a mathematical standpoint, it makes the most sense to me. This theory provides a distinct perspective on the existence and validity of belief systems. It suggests that any widespread belief, especially those embraced by millions, could possess a genuine form of existence, much like a video game universe where endless possibilities coexist. In such a universe, angels, demons, gods, vampires, and aliens might all have their own space.

The Blurred Line Between Reality and Imagination

When viewed through the lens of simulation theory, the distinction between reality and imagination grows less clear. If our universe is a sophisticated simulation, then the collective beliefs and rituals practiced by cultures may actively influence, or even create, aspects of reality experienced by their followers. In this framework, the stories, deities, and spiritual practices passed down through generations are more than just products of imagination—they hold real significance within their cultural „programming.“ I believe that every tradition/ belief, whether centered around the belief in the existence of a God, no God, multiple Gods, Jesus, Alla, Mohamed, the Rainbow Bridge, Vampires, Aliens, or other spiritual journeys, technically all have the potential to exists within the Simulation theory.

The Power of Faith and Folklore

Within this framework, faith and folklore become powerful forces, shaping both individual perception and the collective experience. When large groups honor their ancestors through rituals, these actions may generate authentic spiritual energy or even create a space—within the simulation—where souls can gather. Just as a video game world expands as players contribute their stories and actions, reality may be molded by the beliefs and customs of its inhabitants. This idea does not lessen the authenticity or worth of any tradition; instead, it highlights the profound influence that collective belief has on the tapestry of human experience.

Embracing Diversity and Open-Mindedness

What I enjoy most about believing in Simulation theory is that, theoretically, all religions could exist simultaneously. For me, this means that every belief might be entirely true—yours included—as long as it aligns with what you genuinely feel and believe in your heart.

My own personal beliefs

What does the Simulation Theory mean to me Personally?

As I’ve said before, I believe in Simulation Theory; however, I don’t think I’ve shared that I also believe in God or a creator. If our reality is an advanced video game, then it must have been created by some kind of higher power or being.

Although I have not studied the mathematical foundations of most quantum physics concepts, but believe it’s plausible that the mathematics underlying theories such as string theory and the multiverse may align well with the framework proposed by simulation theory. String theory, for instance, could be interpreted to suggest that our simulated reality is not entirely wireless, but instead relies on some form of connectivity between its essential mechanical components.

I believe the concept of a multiverse can be seen in video games, where each user creates and customizes their own world—similar to having separate Sims or Minecraft worlds that can be changed or deleted individually. Maybe there are multiple users with multiple universes, or just one with many.

How I see the Simulation Moving and Advancing

When I think about the beginning of our world I see it as giant game, that started with the battle between the balance of Ying and Yang, black and white, evil and good and somehow, I see it involving a giant dragon.

The struggle between good and evil is woven into the fabric of human history and everyday experience, shaping our values, choices, and collective destiny. Like the ancient principle of yin and yang, this battle is not simply about opposition, but about the dynamic interplay of light and darkness. Many traditions, including religious, philosophical, and cultural narratives, depict good and evil as forces that are perpetually interlocked, each influencing the world in profound ways.

I believe with each generation this game shifts to the game being played by the generation of the time. Political events, such as the election of influential leaders, often serve as flashpoints in this ongoing struggle. When leadership seems to amplify divisiveness or negativity, many feel that the world has moved further from goodness and closer to chaos.

For me we were just in the Aluminate game of Chess, and I believe Trump winning the US Presidential election for the second time as double Trump aka “checkmate,” reinforcing the perception that darkness has gained ground and diminishing the space for compassion, honesty, and unity. Meaning we have now entered the game of my generation, the Millennial generation (Gen Y) or more specifically the micro-generation known as Xennials (1977–1983), and our game was Mario Brothers.

I believe now we have a very, very short timeframe within this level of the game, before advancing to the next level, where unless we do something, we are going to enter the games, our kids are currently playing. A free for all, kill everyone slaughter field, where millions die, starve and are wiped out of existence for all of eternity and the world is left damaged and noninhabitable.

In the modern era, I believe forces of evil can be seen manifesting not only through individual actions, but also in institutions and systems that wield significant power. I perceive organizations such as the Catholic Church as guarding profound secrets, perhaps to maintain control or to prevent the spread of truths that could empower the masses. The idea of an influence like the Illuminati, whether literal or symbolic, represents a fear that darkness—ignorance, deception, and negativity—may gain the upper hand when transparency and hope are withheld.

I believe that the balance of our world is completely out of whack and is only getting worse the longer Trump is in office. I believe that finding something like 100% undeniable proof that heaven, or that there is bridge between the world of the living and the dead exist, or answering the questions where we come from and what we really are could restore the balance of our universe, by bringing joy and peace to the hearts of so many who need it.

Are there Secrets Hiding in the House of God?

Lives lost of the question whose God is the right God

Truth be, it doesn’t matter what I believe or what you believe, we don’t know for certain where we come from or who/ what created us. Simulation Theory is just that a theory, and something that still must be proven as fact.

None of us can be certain about what’s real or who—or what—to believe in: God, Jesus, Buddha, Allah, vampires, or Bigfoot. Nobody truly knows, and there’s no definitive proof of our origins or true nature or is there? Perhaps, just perhaps, somewhere out there, evidence does exist and if it did, my guess is we would find it in the hidden archives of the Vatican. I believe the answers to who we are and where we come from could be found in those archives if we allowed AI to retranslate every single document contained in that archive.

Institutional Power and Hidden Knowledge

When I ask myself where one might find proof of such spiritual concepts as the rainbow bridge, one place comes to mind: the Vatican. It is intriguing—and perhaps troubling—that the house of God maintains a secret archive, its contents hidden from even the world’s most powerful search engines. I was taught that if it doesn’t exist on Google, it doesn’t exist. Then answer me why doesn’t Google know what’s all hidden in those archives?

The Vatican stands as one of the most enigmatic repositories of historical, spiritual, and philosophical knowledge in the world. Its renowned archives, shrouded in secrecy, are rumored to contain countless ancient manuscripts, records, and artifacts that could shed light on humanity’s deepest spiritual mysteries, including concepts such as the rainbow bridge and the possibility of an afterlife. The mere existence of these archives invites speculation about what truths might be hidden within, and why such knowledge remains inaccessible to the broader public.

In an age of unprecedented access to knowledge, information, and AI translation, it raises questions: why has the Vatican’s archive not been fully retranslated, documented, scanned, and made accessible to all? Why is this trove of ancient documents kept from the global community and the transformative power of modern translation tools?

Envisioning Access to the Vatican Archives

I love the idea of unlocking the secrets within the Vatican archives. It sparks both my curiosity and drive for transparency. I love imagining the scenario below, where these hidden treasures are revealed, a process that would require careful planning and a strategic approach to ensure both safety and universal access.

Strategic Approach

To pursue the unveiling of the Vatican archives, the first step I would take would be to get all my social media followers behind the idea, that every document in the Vatican secret Archives needs to be documented and translated by AI. Then I would need to enlist the support of major technology platforms, such as Google, in order to fully harness the influential power of social media. By leveraging these powerful tools, the aim would be to create widespread public pressure on the Vatican to grant access to their archives.

The plan would involve a live stream with million watching as I stood at the doors of the Vatican asking them to let me in with my specialized team from Google, equipped with hazmat suits and all necessary protective gear, to ensure the safe and careful scanning and documentation of every item within the archives. The goal would be to eliminate secrecy, making all information within the archives available to the world.

Imagining the Challenge

Stories suggest that attempting to enter these archives could be dangerous, with only a select few granted access. In response to such challenges, one could imagine taking a bold and symbolic stance: standing completely vulnerable—naked—broadcast live to over a million viewers on social media, declaring, „Knock, knock, let us in.“ This act would serve as a call for transparency, demanding that the gates to hidden knowledge be opened for all to see.

Potential Revelations from the Vatican Archives

I am convinced that retranslating the secret documents in the Vatican’s archives could reveal answers to some of humanity’s most fundamental questions about our origins and identity. These manuscripts, preserved over centuries, may fill gaps in our understanding of where we come from, our spiritual purpose, and what awaits us after death. Imagine uncovering texts that not only chronicle history but also share wisdom from ancient civilizations—insights that cross religious and cultural boundaries. The possibility that these documents hold revelations about the soul, the afterlife, or our deepest beliefs is both exciting and significant.

Our Shared Knowledge and Heritage

If the Vatican’s archives were opened and shared with the world, it could unite people with a common understanding of our past and spiritual journey. Such knowledge might encourage compassion, lessen divisions, and comfort those seeking meaning. The truth, once revealed, could inspire openness and hope, reminding us that the answers we seek are meant to connect us, not divide us.

Further, releasing these documents could clarify our shared heritage and prompt societies to rethink spiritual traditions. By studying these texts, we might find surprising similarities among different religions and philosophies, encouraging empathy, respect, and a sense of unity based on our mutual search for meaning.

A Call for Transparency and Unity

Making the archives public would empower scholars and seekers to explore questions about consciousness, existence, and what lies beyond death. Insights from these manuscripts could help ease existential worries and replace uncertainty with understanding and hope. Unlocking the Vatican’s secrets could illuminate our past and inspire more unified thinking for the future.

Ultimately, the hope that the Vatican’s hidden manuscripts hold the answers to our deepest questions underscores the importance of transparency and shared knowledge. Opening these archives could be a step toward a more unified and compassionate world, where our common search for wisdom brings us together.

Transparency and Its Potential Impact

The lack of transparency surrounding the Vatican’s archives fuels both curiosity and skepticism. Imagine the impact if these documents, many of which are written in dead or obscure languages, were made available and translated for public consumption. The revelations could revolutionize our understanding of spiritual traditions, potentially providing answers to age-old questions about the soul, the afterlife, and the origins of religious beliefs. It might offer evidence for concepts like the rainbow bridge or at least illuminate how such metaphors have shaped humanity’s collective imagination.

Fostering Unity Through Openness

Furthermore, opening the archives to scholars, scientists, and the public could foster greater unity and understanding among diverse cultures and faiths. It would allow people from all backgrounds to access and interpret these hidden texts, moving us toward a more inclusive and transparent approach to knowledge. With the advances in digital technology and artificial intelligence, the process of translation and dissemination has never been more feasible; yet the decision to maintain secrecy suggests there may be truths that challenge established narratives or possess transformative power.

The Need for Proof and Its Impact on Humanity

The Consequences of Uncertainty

For centuries, humanity’s lack of clear answers about spiritual origins and what comes after life has caused conflict, sorrow, and division. Wars have been fought, families torn apart, and cultures set against each other over differing beliefs about the afterlife and which path is “true.” If indisputable evidence ever surfaced—perhaps through newly accessible archives or translations of ancient texts—humanity might move past endless doubt and discord.

Imagining a World with Proof

Throughout history, countless people have lost their lives over arguments about whose beliefs are correct. Imagine living in a world where undeniable proof exists about our beginnings and the fate that awaits us after death—a world where grief turns into certainty of reunion, and the fear of death disappears because connections endure across lifetimes.

The Societal Impact of Certainty

Such certainty would affect every part of society. Anxiety and existential dread could give way to deep peace and optimism. Religious practices might evolve from strict dogma to joyful unity, as differences between faiths dissolve under a universal truth. Families mourning loved ones would be comforted by knowing separation is only temporary and bonds of love persevere beyond mortal existence.

Proof as a Catalyst for Unity

Furthermore, proof would likely spark more empathy, compassion, and unity among people. Conflicts rooted in misunderstanding and fear could fade, replaced by communal efforts to support each other. Humanity could shift focus from defending beliefs to exploring new mysteries, encouraging progress and creativity. Certainty of reunion and enduring love would become guiding principles, transforming how we experience life and shaping a hopeful future.

A Turning Point for Humanity

Ultimately, seeking proof is not just a quest for answers—it is an opportunity to heal, connect, and create a kinder world. If such evidence were ever found, it would represent a pivotal moment, liberating humanity from doubt and division and steering us toward a destiny defined by connection and understanding.

The Conclusion

My Motto: “I don’t care if you like, comment or share.”

Sure, it would make me happy to see many read and enjoy my ideas and thoughts, but at the end of the day, there is only one person who I ever want to read this and that is my kid. I want him to know I was a good person, with a good heart and that I did everything in my power to make the little influence I had on the world around us as good as place as I could make it by trying to recycle, be conservative with impulse buys and not wasting good things, to include food, clothes, furniture, electronics and such.  … and of course that I will always love him with all of my heart in this lifetime and in all the ones that will come after it.

My power to save the world is limited, I am not a multi-billionaire, I am not an international business owner, I am not a celebrity or a famous anything, but if by some twist of fate I did get the power to influence the world, I would do everything in my power to make it a better, safer and happier place, filled with lots of resources, peace, love, unity, and respect for all.

Who knows maybe I was wrong about that feeling in my gut that has been there for as long as I can remember. Maybe I was right all along, and I really do have some kind of god given destiny, or maybe I was wrong and my recent conclusion is that that for nearly 20 years that feeling of having a god given destiny really is some kind of PTSD coping mechanism that I developed at a  very young age because I never received therapy after my father passed away.

Thing is I do not know what is real or not, which truth, is my truth, I believe in science, specifically quantum mechanics and simulation theory and that that had to come with some kind of creator, but beyond that I don’t know what to believe, so I believe a little of everything and I believe that the biggest super power we have a humans, is our ability to manifest a feeling that starts in our heart into our real life reality. And let me ask you what do you think happens when you believe a thought or an idea to be true for over 20 years? I don’t know, but I kind of want to find out, I have never really manifested anything into reality, or maybe I have and I don’t know it. I just know I am curious if I am right or wrong, or both, because technically in quantum mechanics all my realities could potentially exist at once, the question is which one am I going to focus on so that it does… because in theory, that is how it should how it should work, right?

In the end it doesn’t matter, what the out outcome is, if just one person is inspired by just one thing I said and did something to make the world a better place, tomorrow, than it was yesterday, than I feel I did my part by writing this, I just hope that someone is one day my kid. I love you Kid, this was for you, but now it’s time to find out and hit, self-publish.
